Mark your calendars for the one-night-only "Alive At The Bass: A Musical Epiphany" concert, presented by University Christian Church, at Bass Performance Hall in downtown Fort Worth on Tuesday, March 17! "Alive At The Bass: A Musical Epiphany" will be an extraordinary musical celebration highlighted by the world premiere of “The Tyger & The Lamb” by internationally renowned composer, Ola Gjeilo. This brand new work will feature a 140-voice festival choir, strings, piano and harp under the direction of Todd Prickett. The program will also include George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” described by many as the most popular of all American concert works. It will be performed by Fort Worth’s own, Janet Pummill, along with a full professional orchestra. Other highlights will include performances by soprano Amy Prickett and pianist Amy Stewart, majestic hymn arrangements, and favorite Irish melodies for this St. Patrick’s Day event. Tickets start at $11 and are on sale now at www.BassHall.com and in-person for a limited time, Sundays, February 2-16, between services in The Gallery.
